- Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before scheduled service without penalty.
- Refunds are provided only for services deemed unsatisfactory due to Eco Plumbers’ fault.
5. Liability
Eco Plumbers is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing plumbing issues should be addressed during service.
- Indirect or consequential damages caused by plumbing issues.
6. Warranties
Our work is backed by a warranty, subject to the terms communicated during service.
